Description

It is recommended that a dedicated page for tracking revisions be included in the disaster recovery plan. This will permit readers to see what was revised, who made the revision, and when it was revised. In addition, this will permit the solution team to understand how the disaster recovery plan was developed / updated as the solution was updated.
